These Quiche recipes are simple and easy to make in under an hour. They're great to serve at any Brunch.
Frozen pie shell | 1 , thawed | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
Linguica | 10 Ounce , remove the casing ((Pork or Beef Chorizo)) | |
Shredded manchego cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chives | 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Kosher salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | To Taste | |
All purpose seasoning | To Taste ((Grand Diamond)) | |
Eggs | 3 Large , beaten | |
Half & half | 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) |
MAKING
1. Break the chorizo and saute it in a pan, let the chorizo render fat.
2. Whisk eggs with half and half. Add some manchego cheese and chopped chives.
3. Drain the chorizo in a paper towel foor it to release all its oil.
4. Drop the chorizo into the egg mix and then pour the batter in a deep dish pie shell.
5. Bake the quiche for 35 minutes or until set.
SERVING
6. Slice and serve. Enjoy!!
