PB Banana Chocolate Chia Parfait - Vegan Yack Attack

We meet up with Jackie of Vegan Yack Attack and make a vegan peanut butter banana chocolate chip chia parfait. There might also be some t'werking at the end.
Ingredients
  Chia seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Non-dairy milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Creamy peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Banana 1 Medium, sliced
  Vegan chocolate chips 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING

  1. In a blender, add in maple syrup, vanilla, peanut butter, non-dairy milk and salt. Blend for a few seconds and add in the chia seeds. Stir with a soon and pour in a bowl; refrigerate for 60 minutes.
  2. In a parfait glass, make layers of chia pudding, banana and chocolate chips, until all the ingredients are used.

SERVING

  1. Garnish the parfait with chocolate chips and serve.
