We have uploaded a video of a trip for lunch at Acres of Land Winery in bettyskitchen earlier, but this is a special dinner that was offered only on Thanksgiving Day, and we wanted to share it with you. (We had already had our family dinner early, because we had started uploading holiday dishes in bettyskitchen a few weeks ago, culminating in the complete Thanksgiving table, which was presented last week.) We were enticed by the wonderful menu offered by Acres of Land Winery, which included green salad, cranberry sauce, butternut squash bisque, chicken amandine soup, sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows, green bean casserole, broccoli casserole, corn pudding, dressing balls, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, yeast rolls, sliced turkey, sliced ham, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and pumpkin bread pudding. All of the food tasted wonderful, which was no surprise to us, having eaten at the restaurant several times. If you are ever in Kentucky and are looking for a great dining experience, we hope you will try Acres of Land Winery! I hope you enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner, and maybe this will answer all those questions about how we celebrate Thanksgiving, and at the same time upload videos of holiday food before Thanksgiving! Love, Betty ♥
