One of the most popular street foods in Bangkok and along the seaside of Thailand is Hoi Mang Poo Tod, sort of mussel pancake. It is simply yummy! The mussels are small, sweet morsels and succulent as they are fresh from the sea. This can also be made with tiny oysters or cut up squid.

Fried Mussels Pancakes (Hoi Mang Poo Tod)
Popular Thai appetizer is easy to make at home. This is a favourite "street food" in Thailand for breakfast with steamed jasmine rice or as a late night drink-snack with fresh bean sprouts.
