Rolled Fondant

Fondant is a creamy sugar coating used for icing or decorating cakes, cookies, pies, etc. It is prepared with confectioner’s sugar, water, gelatin, white corn syrup, glycerin and flavor. It keeps the cake fresh for two to three days.
