|Confectioner's sugar||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Not Evaporated)|
|Almond extracts||1 Teaspoon|
|Pitted dates||4 Dozen|
Blend sugar, milk and flavorings.
Knead fondant until smooth and creamy.
Cover with damp cloth; refrigerate 24 hours.
Fill each date with fondant; roll in granulated or confectioners' sugar.
