Ingredients
  Unsweetened grated coconut 7 Ounce (1 package)
  Diet gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package, any fruit flavor)
  Ground almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar substitute 4 Gram (4 packets)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2 Add food coloring, if desired.
3 Shape into your favorite designs like-€”fruits, vegetables, and so forth.
4 Place in the refrigerator and chill until forms hold their shape.

SERVING
5 Serve as desired.
