Ingredients
  Ground almonds 6 Ounce (170 Grams)
  Soya flour 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
  Lemon 1 , juiced and grated
  Soft brown sugar 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Almond essence 3 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together nuts, flour and lemon rind and add almond essence and sufficient lemon juice to bind to a stiff consistency.
2) Now, cover and let it set.
3) When cold decorate as desired.

SERVING
4) Serve Marzipan sliced.
