Marzipan

Ingredients
  Finely ground blanched almonds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Pound (3 1/2 Cups)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2 , beaten until foamy
Directions

Mix almonds with confectioners' sugar.
Add almond extract and egg white, 1 teaspoon at a time, until almonds can be kneaded into a paste.
Tint, if desired.
