Ingredients
  Blanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Confectioners sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
Directions

Grind almonds in electric blender or four times in nut grinder.
They must be ground extremely fine.
Combine ground almonds, almond extract, and confectioners' sugar.
Add egg whites, 1 teaspoon at a time, beating vigorously with a spoon.
Continue to add egg whites until mixture looks moist.
Knead with the hands until smooth and plastic.
