Marzipan Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed for kneading)
For marzipan
  Egg whites 2
  Ground almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sieve rice flour, flour and baking powder together.
Beat sugar and egg yolks.
Mix butter with flour with fingers for 5-7 minutes.
Knead flour mixture and eggs mixture to a hard dough with milk.
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Prepare marzipan by mixing all the ingredients and kneading to a hard dough.
Roll out the biscuit dough 1/2 cm thick.
Put a thin layer of marzipan over it.
Cut bisuits round or any other shape.
Grease a baking dish and put biscuits in it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
