Ingredients
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Confectioner’s sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat milk with butter.
Stir in enough confectioners' sugar to make a thin icing.
Tint any color desired.
Dip each ball into fondant, then set on a rack to harden.
