Fillet Of Flounder
|Flounder fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Fine bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Wipe fillets with cold, damp cloth; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dip in crumbs, then in slightly beaten egg, diluted with water, and again in crumbs.
Cook in small amount butter in frying pan 8 to 10 minutes, until brown on both sides.
Garnish with lemon and parsley
