Flounder With Herbs
|Flounder fillets||2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Dried chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
Wipe fish as dry as possible and sprinkle with salt.
Cut into portions to fit crock pot.
Combine bouillon and lemon juice; stir in remaining ingredients.
Place accessory Meat Rack in crock pot.
Layer fish on rack, pouring liquid mixture over each portion.
Cover and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
