Flounder Stuffed With Salmon
|Canned salmon||7 Ounce|
|Fine cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flounder fillets||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix salmon, egg, cracker crumbs, and catsup.
Spread each fillet with salmon mixture, roll up, and secure with toothpicks.
Grease baking dish; line bottom with onion slices.
Place fillet rolls on top.
Dot fish with butter.
Pour tomato sauce over all.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven 25 minutes.
