Plaice (Flounder) With Vegetables And Almonds
|Flounder fillet||1 Pound|
|Oil/Melted lard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||4 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced almonds||3 Ounce|
Cut the fish into 2 inch strips dip in beaten egg, then in flour; do this twice.
Heat the oil or lard and fry the fish for 5 minutes.
Drain and keep hot.
Wash and slice the mushrooms; chop the spring onions (scallions) finely; wash and drain the bean sprouts.
Add all the vegetables to the remaining oil or lard and fry over fierce heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring all he time.
