|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , separated|
|Boneless flounder||2 Pound|
|Melted fat||1 Tablespoon|
|Lukewarm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)|
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
