Stuffed Flounder Fillets
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||3 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Stir flour, salt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, pepper and hot sauce into but- ter.
Add milk gradually; simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in crab.
Arrange 4 flounder fillets in greased shallow pan; spread each with 1/4 of the crab mixture.
Top with remaining fillets; brush with butter and remaining juice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
