Baked Flounder With Vegetables
|Potatoes||6 Medium, sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
Sprinkle flounder and cavity with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; place in greased baking dish.
Arrange potatoes and onions around flounder; sprinkle vegetables with additional salt and pepper.
Pour 1/2 cup water over flounder; brush top with butter.
Top flounder with bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and fish flakes easily; baste occasionally with pan juices.
