Flounder In Cream
|Flounder fillet||2 Pound|
|Thin cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shrimp/Meat of 1 small lobster||1 Pound|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Trim fillets, lay in frying pan, and cover with cream.
Add sherry, salt, and pepper, and cook 5-6 minutes on top of stove.
Remove to buttered baking dish; add shrimp or lobster and bake in a 400°F oven until sauce is thick.
Add bread crumbs and place under broiler until bubbly and lightly browned.
