|Flounder fillets||16 Ounce (4 Fillets 4 Ounce Each)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Cracker crumbs||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
1) Spread the flounder fillets evenly with the mayonnaise and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
2) Coat them with the cracker crumbs and place them directly over the rack.
3) Bake as per the directions until the fish turns flakey.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
