Oven Fried Flounder With Almond Butter

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flounder fillets 6
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine salt and milk; dip fish into milk mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs; place in baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over fish.
Bake at 500 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning once.
Sprinkle lemon juice over fish.
Brown almonds in 6 tablespoons butter; serve with fish.
