Salmon Stuffed Flounder

  Canned salmon 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Chopped fresh dill weed/1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Flounder fillets/Sole fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry white wine/Chicken broth 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon dill sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth; stir in dill weed.
2. If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pieces; pat dry. Place about 2 tablespoons salmon mixture on center of each piece fish. Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Drizzle with wine.
3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.
4. Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.
