Athenaeus Style Flounder

Ingredients
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Bay leaf 1 , crushed
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Flounder fillets 3 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon cubes 1
Directions

Line shallow baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place parsley sprigs, bay leaf and onion over foil; place flounder steaks on onion mixture.
Combine olive oil, wine, cumin and salt; pour over flounder.
Crumble bouillon cube; scatter over steaks.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until fish flakes easily.
