Fried Flounders

Ingredients
  Flounders 2
  Salt To Taste
  Eggs 2
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for Deep frying)
  Fried parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Clean the fish and 2 hr before required rub them inside and out with salt, to make them firm.
Wash and dry them thoroughly, dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot fat.
