|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for Deep frying)|
|Fried parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Clean the fish and 2 hr before required rub them inside and out with salt, to make them firm.
Wash and dry them thoroughly, dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot fat.
