Fresh Flounder Piccata

Ingredients
  Flounder fillet 32 Ounce (8, 4 ounce each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  All purpose flour 5 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Small capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
Directions

1. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste and then dust with flour.
2. Heat oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat. Shake off excess flour and brown the fish, about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Remove fish from the pan and pour off any oil and burnt
