Fresh Flounder Piccata
|Flounder fillet||32 Ounce (8, 4 ounce each)|
|All purpose flour||5 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Small capers||2 Tablespoon, drained|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
1. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste and then dust with flour.
