Pineapple Flounder Filets

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Flounder fillets 4
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Yellow pepper 1 , thinly sliced
  Pineapple rings 4 (Fresh)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange all ingredients in rectangular dish and cover with pierced plastic wrap; microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Turn filets over and continue microwaving 2 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH, covered with plastic wrap.
