Fried Flounder

  Flounder fillets 8
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Not Self Rising)
  Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix all pourpose flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
2. Coat the flounder fillets in it and fry the fillets until golden brown.
3. Drain excess oil and serve the fillets with salad and dip of your choice.
