This Flounder and Salmon Blankets have won my heart since I ate them for the first time at my sister's place. I never knew that a fish with a fish filling would taste this good ! Don't miss out on these easy to prepare Flounder and Salmon Blankets and let me know if you like them .
Ingredients
  Flounder 16 Ounce
  Boneless salmon steak 4 Pound, cut in lengthwise pieces
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peas and carrots 16 Ounce (Fresh Frozen/ Canned)
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season fillets with salt and pepper, and roll each one around a piece of salmon.
Secure with toothpicks.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in shallow pan at 375° F.for 40 minutes.
Heat tomato juice in saucepan, add peas and carrots, and cook until tender (do not overcook).
Stir in milk and heat gently (evaporated milk curdles if boiled).
