Flounder And Salmon Blankets
|Boneless salmon steak||4 Pound, cut in lengthwise pieces|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peas and carrots||16 Ounce (Fresh Frozen/ Canned)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Season fillets with salt and pepper, and roll each one around a piece of salmon.
Secure with toothpicks.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in shallow pan at 375Â° F.for 40 minutes.
Heat tomato juice in saucepan, add peas and carrots, and cook until tender (do not overcook).
Stir in milk and heat gently (evaporated milk curdles if boiled).
