|Boneless salmon steak||4 Pound, cut in lengthwise pieces|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peas and carrots||16 Ounce (Fresh Frozen/ Canned)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
