Flounder Al Orange

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flounder fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine salt, pepper, juice, rind, and oil.
Place fish in oiled shallow pan; pour sauce on fish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 to 30 minutes.
