|Toasted almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened (or margarine)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400Â°.
Grind nuts in blender, watching carefully.(Or nuts can be finely chopped by hand.)
Mix all ingredients with fork.
Pinch off 1inch balls.
Roll each ball into 4 inch circle on floured board.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
