Three Seed Flatbread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat rolls 6 , frozen (From 48-Oz Package)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Flaxseed meal 1 Teaspoon
  Black sesame seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. Place the uncooked frozen rolls on the microwaveable plate.
3. Cover them with a microwavable plastic wrap.
4. Microwave on high for 25 seconds
5. Turn over and rotate plate. Microwave again for 25 seconds
6. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray
7. Set the dough out on a lightly floured surface and then knead the defrosted dough well
8. Pat the dough onto the bottom of a pie pan
9. Brush the dough covering with oil
10. Sprinkle with dough with remaining ingredients
11. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes or till it appears slightly puffy
12. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown

FINALIZING
13. Cut into 12 squares

SERVING
14. Serve warm with coriander sprinkled on top
