Onion Flat Bread

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Poppy seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Ahout 4 hours before serving: Make hot-roll mix as label directs but add salt and cheese; let rise until double.
Press raised dough into well-greased, lightly floured 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 1" jelly-roll pan.
Brush with melted butter; press generous amount of onion flakes into dough; sprinkle with poppy seed.
Let rise again until double.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove to rack to cool.
