Kamut Flatbread

Kamut is higher in protien and therefore this Kamut Flatbread does indeed make for a healthy meal. I was on the lookout for healthy ingrediants that I can cook and my kids can eat when I came across this Kamut Flatbread recipe. Good One!
Ingredients
  Flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cups, Kamut Brand)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliters)
  Sugar/Sucanat 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliters)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canola oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix in flour, sea salt, sugar or sucanat and baking powder in a medium bowl.
Add yogurt and oil.
Stir until the flour is moistened and a smooth stiff dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
Form the dough into a round loaf 8 inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick.
Prick the top with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until loaf is browned.
