Semolina Flatbread

Ingredients
  Fine semolina 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Very Fine)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Place semolina in a large bowl, stir in salt and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Keep it aside covered for 15-20 minutes.
If the dough becomes firm then add little water and knead again to get a soft dough.
Divide into 8 pieces.
Form into balls, roll out a ball into a chappati Heat griddle over medium heat.
Place the bread.
Cook for a minute.
Smear 1/2 tbsp oil.
Turn side.
Cook on both sides till golden patches appear on it.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
