Lemon Fish

Lemon Fish is a seafood dish made with zest of lemon. Any kind of fish fillet can be used to make lemon fish. Usually, it is not the kind of fish  but the lemon flavor that matters more for this dish. Lemon provides a tangy unusual taste to the fish. Lemon fish can be either baked or stir-fried with lemon sauce. It is a well-liked side dish served in almost all cuisines.

 

Preparation of Lemon Fish

 

Fish fillets, lemon juice, lemon wedges, flour, white wine, butter, salt and pepper are the main ingredients for preparing lemon fish. Lemon sauce is made by mixing all the ingredients except fish fillets in a skillet. Fish fillets are cooked separately with little butter, salt and peppers. Fish can be either baked or boiled with vinegar and wine. While serving, lemon sauce is poured over cooked fish and garnished with lemon wedges.
