Fish Steak

Fish Steak is a portion of cut of beef which is perpendicular to the backbone, and opposite to a fillet. Fish that are often cut into steaks include salmon, marlin, butterfish, swordfish, halibut, turbot, tuna, blue gill and mahi mahi. Fish steaks are most widely cooked by grilling, baking, or pan-frying (with or without being breaded or battered).
