Simple Fish Fillets India

Ingredients
  Fillets 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen; pat dry with toweling.
Mix flour, curry powder, and salt well.
Thoroughly coat each piece off fish with mixture.
Heat butter in large skillet.
Brown fish over moderate heat about 4 minutes per side.
When fish flakes easily, it is done through.
Remove fillets; put onto heated serving dish.
Add almonds to butter left in skillet; stir until browned; Pour over fish.
Garnish with chopped chives
