Tuna Spinach Casserole
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz) (Use The Solid Pack Variety)|
|Condensed cream of onion soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz), well drained|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, sliced (Used For Garnishing)|
|French fried onion rings||1 Can (10 oz)|
In original box with outer wrapper removed, cook spinach on high (9) for 3 minutes or until spinach separates with a fork.
In glass casserole, combine spinach, tuna, soup, mushrooms, lemon juice and pepper.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 8 minutes or until hot.
Top with Cheddar cheese and sliced tomato.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with onion rings.
