Tuna Spinach Casserole is an irresistible mouth-watering recipe. An easy to prepare recipe, this Tuna Spinach Casserole is a dish that you would surely love to try.
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz) (Use The Solid Pack Variety)
  Condensed cream of onion soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), well drained
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced (Used For Garnishing)
  French fried onion rings 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste

In original box with outer wrapper removed, cook spinach on high (9) for 3 minutes or until spinach separates with a fork.
In glass casserole, combine spinach, tuna, soup, mushrooms, lemon juice and pepper.
Mix well.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 8 minutes or until hot.
Top with Cheddar cheese and sliced tomato.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with onion rings.
