Cut each piece of buttered toast into 4 1-inch strips.
Mix together onions and parsley.
Sprinkle mixture over toast strips.
Top with 1 anchovy fillet on each toast stick; dot with butter.
Bake sticks at 375 Â°F just long enough to heat through.
