Marinade for fish has a great taste. The white wine marination gives the Marinade for fish a unique taste.
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peppercorns 4
  Slivered lemon peel 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley stalks 4
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine all ingredients in small container with lid; cover.
Shake to mix well.
Can be stored in covered container in refrigerator.
Shake well before using.
