Batter Fried Fish is an easy to prepare side dish recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon wedges 4
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash fish; pat dry.
Combine egg, milk, and salt in bowl; beat until blended.
Dip fish into mixture; coat well with crumbs.
Pour oil into skillet; heat to 375 °F.
Fry fish until golden brown on both sides; drain on paper toweling.
Place in serving container; garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
