|Salmon steaks||800 Gram, cleaned (4 Steaks Of 200 Gram Each)|
|Lime||1 , sliced|
|Lime juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Corn oil||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Green onions||4 Small, thinly sliced|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Thyme sprig||1 , chopped|
Combine the ingredients for the marinade, then marinate the salmon for 2 or 3 hours.
Drain the salmon (set aside the lime for later decoration) and grill them in the pan for a few minutes on each side.
Brush the salmon with the marinade while cooking.
Avoid cooking for too long - the salmon must stay soft.
Garnish the salmon with the lime and serve.
