Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 800 Gram, cleaned (4 Steaks Of 200 Gram Each)
  Lime 1 , sliced
  Lime juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Corn oil 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Green onions 4 Small, thinly sliced
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme sprig 1 , chopped
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the ingredients for the marinade, then marinate the salmon for 2 or 3 hours.
Drain the salmon (set aside the lime for later decoration) and grill them in the pan for a few minutes on each side.
Brush the salmon with the marinade while cooking.
Avoid cooking for too long - the salmon must stay soft.
Garnish the salmon with the lime and serve.
