Salmon Steaks With Asparagus And Peas
|Salmon steaks/Halibut steaks||4 Small (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Snipped rosemary leaves/1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Asparagus||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Green peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
Arrange fish steaks in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and lemon juice.
Arrange asparagus and peas on fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
