Fish Fillets En Papillote
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bluefish/Fish fillets||1 Pound, cut in serving size portions|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Chopped parsley/Dill / 1 teaspoon dried parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Lightly butter 3 or 4 pieces of foil large enough to wrap fish.
Place fish on buttered surface.
Sprinkle with mushrooms, if using, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; dot with remaining butter.
Draw edges of foil up over fish to form loose packet and crimp edges to make tight seal.
Place on baking sheet and bake in 450Â°F (230Â°C) oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Place 1 packet on each plate and let diners open their own.
