Fish Fillets En Papillote is a delicious side dish that is simply easy-to-prepare. Once you have this Fish Fillets En Papillote, I am sure you will always crave for it.
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bluefish/Fish fillets 1 Pound, cut in serving size portions
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Chopped parsley/Dill / 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste

Lightly butter 3 or 4 pieces of foil large enough to wrap fish.
Place fish on buttered surface.
Sprinkle with mushrooms, if using, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; dot with remaining butter.
Draw edges of foil up over fish to form loose packet and crimp edges to make tight seal.
Place on baking sheet and bake in 450°F (230°C) oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Place 1 packet on each plate and let diners open their own.
