Fish With Green Vegetables

Fish With Green Vegetables is a hight protein and low calorie dish. The lemon juice gives the Fish With Green Vegetables the prefect taste.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, cut lengthwise into fourths, then crosswise into 1 inch pieces
  Stalk celery 1 Medium, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
  Onion 1 Small, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

If fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Place in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
Cover and microwave on high until fish is almost done, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Rinse frozen peas under running cold water to separate; drain.
Spoon peas, cucumber, celery and onion onto fish; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the lemon juice.
Dot with margarine.
Cover and microwave until vegetables are crisp tender and fish flakes easily with fork, about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
