Poached Chilli Fish

Poached Chilli Fish is hot. The lime juice and vinegar gives the Poached Chilli Fish a strong and bracing taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 8 (Salted And Kept For 20 Minutes And Then Washed)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2
  Crushed garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Green chilies/2 broken dry red chilies 4
  Sage leaves 4
  Peppercorns 6
  Lime juice/2 tablespoon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Spring onion 8 (To Garnish)
Directions

Microwave all the ingredients, except fish, in a large bowl for 10 minutes.
Let the broth stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the broth in a shallow serving dish and place the fish fillets in it and microwave covered for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
