Poached Chilli Fish
|Fish fillets||8 (Salted And Kept For 20 Minutes And Then Washed)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Green chilies/2 broken dry red chilies||4|
|Lime juice/2 tablespoon vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Spring onion||8 (To Garnish)|
Microwave all the ingredients, except fish, in a large bowl for 10 minutes.
Let the broth stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the broth in a shallow serving dish and place the fish fillets in it and microwave covered for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
