Fish With Crunchy Vegetables it is simply "Yum". The dash of lemon juce and salt gives the Fish With Crunchy Vegetables a divine taste.
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1 Medium, shredded
  Stalk celery 1 Large, finely chopped
  Green onions 3 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Place fish in ungreased square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt, the pepper and paprika.
Cover and microwave on high until fish is almost done, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Spoon carrot, celery and onions onto fish; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the lemon juice.
Dot with margarine.
Cover and microwave until vegetables are crisp tender and fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 3 minutes.
