Herbed Fish Steaks
|Carrots||2 Medium, coarsely shredded|
|Leek||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Celery stalks||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Fish steaks||3 (Each 1 Inch Thick)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Snipped marjoram leaves/0.5 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon slices||6 (Thin Slices)|
Mix vegetables and arrange in ungreased rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Cut each fish steak into halves; arrange on vegetables.
Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with herbs and salt.
Place lemon slice on each piece fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 6 to 8 minutes longer.
