Herbed Fish Steaks is a easy to cook dish. The marjoram leaves and rosemary leaves gives the Herbed fish steaks a difining taste.
  Carrots 2 Medium, coarsely shredded
  Leek 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Celery stalks 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Fish steaks 3 (Each 1 Inch Thick)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Snipped marjoram leaves/0.5 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Chopped fresh rosemary/0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon slices 6 (Thin Slices)

Mix vegetables and arrange in ungreased rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Cut each fish steak into halves; arrange on vegetables.
Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with herbs and salt.
Place lemon slice on each piece fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 6 to 8 minutes longer.
