  Fish fillets 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Butter 25 Milliliter, melted (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Dried dill weed/Dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In baking dish just large enough to hold fillets in single layer, place fillets; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine parsley, melted butter, lemon juice and dillweed; drizzle over fillets.
Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque; broil for 2 minutes longer, or until golden.
