Fish Fillets With Lemon Parsley Butter
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Butter||25 Milliliter, melted (2 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Dried dill weed/Dried tarragon||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In baking dish just large enough to hold fillets in single layer, place fillets; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine parsley, melted butter, lemon juice and dillweed; drizzle over fillets.
Bake in 425Â°F (220Â°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque; broil for 2 minutes longer, or until golden.
